- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the absoult worse insurance company i have ever dealt with. I have home owners insurance and i cant even get my basement fix. They say my policy does not cover the basement. I have a mudslide coming in my bilco steps are broken i have chunks of stone laying on the basement floor and they wont cover it. They gave me a fake email address to send pictures to and it came back as not a real email. Not sure what im going to do seeing how i have been paying for the insurance for 11 years and not getting any help from them. If my house falls in i will be screwed because they wont pay for it. I have a 70,000 truck, 50,000 camper, 30,000 suburban. They all have full coverage on them but NOT from you. This is the reason they are not insured by allstate.By susan tyler, November 13, 2016
